The middle school volleyball team split games with Gallatin County Thursday, as the sixth and seventh grade team won 2-0 and the eighth grade team lost 2-1.
Head coach Emily Brown said she was really proud of the sixth and seventh graders (2-3) and how they rebounded after losing to Williamstown the game before.
Pee Wee Cheer Camp will be held Monday, Aug. 29-Thursday, Sept. 1 from 4-5:30 p.m. at the Carroll County High School cafeteria.
All participants are invited to cheer with the CCHS cheerleaders at the Panther home football game Sept. 2.
Campers must be from three years told through fifth grade. The cost is $25 per participant. Family discounts are available upon request. Please make checks payable to CCHS Cheerleaders.
The Carroll County Middle School Panthers’ football team ran away with their first victory of the season under the Friday night lights, winning
44-0 over Bracken County in the team’s fourth annual Bowlarama event.
The annual fundraiser for the football program hosts games on both Friday and Saturday at Panther Field.
