    The Carroll County Panthers dropped a heartbreaker to visiting Owen County Thursday despite a 16-point turnaround in the final quarter of play. Owen’s Rebels took command of the game early and looked to have the contest all but decided, leading 57-43 after three quarters of play. Carroll County fought back to claim a slim lead late in the game but fell 67-64.
