Marshall breaks school record for most goals in a game

It must have felt like déjà vu for the Gallatin County boys soccer team, as they made the record books for the second year in a row – unfortunately for the wrong reasons.

Carroll County boys soccer sophomore David Marshall broke the school record for most goals scored in a game against the Wildcats Sept. 18, putting six into the net. That broke the previous record of five set by Juan Badillo in 2010 at Garrard County and matched last year by Michael Hall against Gallatin County, almost exactly a year ago. The Panthers won the game, 6-1.
