Spillman, 25, pleaded guilty in case No. 16CR00185 on count one to first-degree wanton endangerment, a class D felony and was sentenced to five years and six months imprisonment; on count two she pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment; on count three the defendant pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment; on count four she pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle under the influence, second offense within a 10 year period and was sentenced to 10 days imprisonment, fined $350, license revocation for 12 months, alcohol/substance abuse treatment for one year, ignition interlock device of six months and a DUI service fee of $375; on count five she pleaded guilty to no/expired registration plates and was fined $250, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five-year term of imprisonment, license revocation for 12 months, alcohol/substance abuse treatment for one year, ignition interlock device for six months and a DUI service fee of $375; on case No. 16CR00233 she pleaded guilty on counts one and two to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, each a class D felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment on each count; on count three the defendant pleaded guilty to first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first offense, a class C felony and was sentenced to five years imprisonment, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one five-year sentence of imprisonment, said five year sentence received in case No. 16CR00233 will run concurrent to the five-year sentence of imprisonment received in case No. 16CR00185 for effectively one five year sentence of imprisonment, license revocation for 12 months, alcohol substance abuse treatment for one year, ignition interlock device for six months and DUI service fee of $375, she was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of five years beginning June 26, 2017, with credit given for time served and is subject to their conditions, the court waives imposing fines, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Jackson Noble Stewart, 26, on case No. 17CR00044 pleaded guilty to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment, said sentence will run consecutive to the sentence received in case No. 17CR00077 for effectively one four year term of imprisonment, in case No. 17CR00077 he pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to one year; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment, said sentences will run concurrent with each other for effectively one one-year term of imprisonment, said sentence will run consecutive to the sentence received in 17CR00044 for effectively one four-year term of imprisonment, the court waives the fines, he is to satisfy all payments due in case No. 17CR00044 first, then payment will be applied to case Nol. 17CR00077, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Taylor, 45, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third or subsequent offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to three years imprisonment; on count two he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one three-year sentence, said sentences will run consecutive to any backup sentence, he is to pay a public advocacy fee of $750, and pay court costs, the court waives fines, he was placed on probation under the supervision of the Division of Probation and Parole of the State of Kentucky for a period of three years beginning June 26, 2017 with credit given for time served and is subject to their conditions, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.

Nancy Marie Wentworth, 34, pleaded guilty on count one to first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, a class D felony and was sentenced to one year imprisonment; on count two she pleaded guilty to possession of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor and was sentenced to 30 days imprisonment; on count three the defendant pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to 12 months imprisonment, with said sentences to run concurrent to each other for effectively one one-year sentence, said sentence will run consecutive to the defendant’s sentence in case No. 15CR00152 and case No. 15CR00167 and any other backup sentence, she is to satisfy payment due in case No. 15CR00152 and 15CR00167 first, then payment will be applied to case No. 17CR00096, the defendant will pay a public advocacy fee of $750 and pay court costs, the court waives imposing fines, the Sheriff of Carroll County will deliver the defendant to the custody of the Department of Corrections at such location within this Commonwealth as the department designates, any cash/property bond posted may be released at this time.
