Trimble County Sheriff's Office and Kentucky State Police arrested James D. Harmon, 39, of Bedford, Ky., Friday morning. He is charged with two counts of terrorist threatening, stalking and kidnapping, according to KSP. Carrollton Police Department and Carroll County Sheriff's Office are still investigating an incident that occurred outside the Carroll County Middle School last week in which a man in a vehicle engaged in conversation with a middle school-age female as she was walking home from school. Sheriff Jamie Kinman said Harmon is not the man seen at the middle school. He advised students not to talk to strangers or get in a car with anyone they do not know.
