  • The weather this year has reminded me of how little I like waiting. I am ready for spring. I have been ready for spring. I have been ready for warm weather, ready to spend time outside, ready for cook outs, and ready to go fishing. This year, though, we have all had to wait. It seems that winter has not been in a hurry to leave, and spring has not been in a hurry to arrive. In fact, just a couple of weeks ago, I was sitting in my office looking out the window at a snow shower. I have had to wait for this warm weather, and waiting is not my preference.
